Compulsory Third Party Claims

Compulsory Third Party Claims

CTP

If you have had a motor vehicle or motor bike accident and have sustained injuries, you may be eligible to receive physiotherapy and/or massage treatment via a compulsory third party (CTP) claim. You will need to visit your General Practitioner for a review. If your GP deems it appropriate they will then write a referral for you to receive physiotherapy and/or massage therapy treatment.

You must have a GP referral for physiotherapy or massage therapy for your treatment to be covered by the CTP scheme. You cannot self refer for treatment under a CTP claim.

Please bring along to your initial appointment:

  • Your general practitioner referral
  • Your CTP claim number
  • Your insurance company details including case manager name, contact details (address and phone number) and billing details
  • Any relevant test and scan results

All physiotherapists and massage therapists at Your Health Domain are recognized to treat Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims.
